🎧 Earpad Compatibility
Our earpads are compatible with a wide range of brands including Sony, Bose, JBL, Beats, Sennheiser, Logitech and more. Compatible models are listed on each product page. Not sure? Contact us before ordering.
🛠 Easy Installation
Yes — no tools are required for most models. Earpads simply clip on or stick in place. Installation instructions are provided when needed.
🚚 Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 5 and 14 days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided for every order.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
You have up to 30 days to change your mind. Returns are free, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Contact us to receive your return label.
💳 Secure Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption.
📩 Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
📦 What if my product arrives damaged?
Please send us a photo of the damaged item via our contact form or by email. We’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
