ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These Terms & Conditions govern sales made by Ultime-Legging, located at 422B Chemin du Badaffier, 84700 SORGUES, France.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs. Customs duties or additional taxes may apply for orders outside France and remain the customer’s responsibility. Prices may be changed at any time but remain fixed once an order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
Contractual information is presented in English. Earpads-Headphones.com reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
ARTICLE 4 – CONFIRMATION
Placing an order on www.earpads-headphones.com implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment is made online via Stripe or PayPal. In case of product unavailability, refunds are processed using the original payment method.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS
Returns are simple: contact us via our form with your request. Products must be returned complete, unused, and in their original condition.
ARTICLE 8 – AVAILABILITY
Products are available as long as they are displayed on the website. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the order will be cancelled and not charged.
ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY
Items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days. Shipping delays do not automatically entitle customers to cancel their order.
ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY
All products benefit from statutory warranties. For any request, please contact customer service within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
Earpads-Headphones.com cannot be held responsible for improper product use or failure to comply with local laws in the destination country.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
